I was at a frustrating standstill in my progress. I was doing too many different things just trying to find something to help push through this plateau I was at. Working with Jessica and this challenge gave me the stability and flexibility I needed to finally start moving forward again. I loved the ability to make it as hard or as easy as I needed by changing weights/adding sets. Jessica was always available for questions or concerns. I even sent her videos of certain moves so she could check my form. I finally started building strength again while also looking forward to my daily workouts! I’d do this challenge over and over again!
