WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For most home workouts, a few sets of dumbbells in various weights is all that you need! Resistance bands are also affordable to find on Amazon or places like Walmart or Target. The more you have, the better, but I can design an effective program for you no matter what equipment you have at home!

YES! I chose to receive my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM is the most highly accredited and respected organization for personal trainers.
